It's February 1st and I actually have my monthly calendar done in time! Koodoo's to me! This has been a busy month since getting back from Leadership in Orlando as we've been preparing and setting up our weekly Elite Leader Calls and then our Team Calls.
Elite Leaders have the responsibility of staying connected with their Leaders and Central Team, my Monday morning calls are scheduled for 11:30 AM. I will also host a Monday evening call at 8:00 PM in an effort to reach out to those of you who work through the day. I have only scheduled the evening calls for the first two weeks of February to see if those calls are worthwhile.
Leaders you are also responsible to reach out to your team with one-on-one calls or a conference call, weekly.
As they roll out this new strategy of Connection and Communication I encourage all of you to be on your Central Team call. I'm offering my call as a temporary back-up plan for all team members until we are confident that all leaders are hosting their own calls.
