Team Calls - Touching Base with You!

Ladies the end of the month is just around the corner, sometimes I feel like time is moving to quickly and staying on top of "it" becomes a challenge. I know many of you feel the same and some of you have shared your story with me, your current journey and how your Creative Memories business fits into that picture. I am currently working on touching base with each of my first line and my Central Team to "chat up" CM with you. I want to see how you are doing and where you are at. What are your goals for 2010 and what are your needs from me? Where can I help YOU? Please give these questions some thought in preparation for my call.

The second reason for my call is to review the Disney Incentive Trip with you! This trip is so attainable for each of you and I want to cheer you on if this is something that you would like to work towards. The plan or the qualifications are mapped out on the last page of the recent issue of Scraps and of course you can read all about it on cmc-network.

And if going on the incentive trip doesn't work for you there is Option #2 and that's a $500 Marriot Certificate plus a $250 Visa Gift Card if you have $6000 in sales and 3 new recruits between January 1st and April 30th. With those gift cards you will be able to use them for a trip of your choice at a convenient time for you and your family.

I recently spoke with one Leader who said the timing of the Incentive Trip didn't work for her so I suggested once she earned the gift cards she could apply them towards her trip to Minneapolis in July for the North American Showcase Convention. That worked for her! And maybe it will work for you! Have you considered joining us in Minneapolis this summer? If you have never been to Convention in the US this might be an event you want to consider.

Leadership Convention

Several of our leaders met in Gila River, AZ for our Leadership Conference and we were introduced to some of the wonderful new things in the works for 2010. It was an exciting weekend of recogntion for all of our CM Star Performers and Top Achievers as well as a great opportunity to network with our CM sisters in the US. As you saw in the page I posted on this blog last month, several of our team leaders arrived early to join me for some Team Time celebration. It was an honour to have each of you there!

Regional Saturday

This past weekend many of us came together in Calgary for Regional Saturday. Not only was it a beautiful day outside but it was a another awesome CM event! We had over 40 of our team members in attendance, thanks to all of you!

This event might have been just one day long but it was jam-packed full of exciting information, updates and opportunities. The new Get Together was presented, new product announced and the new Business Enhancers to support them were available, actually we each got one in our fabulous gift bag! The new tools for the Get Together are absolutely fabulous! The Solutions Brochure and the Presentation Guide are great tools to make the GT a fun, simple experience. Also recently introduced are the 6 New Collections and they are the best! The new collections feature a sampling of product from every product category - organization, digital, scrapbooking and quick. I love them and I see how nicely they fit into the new GT, check these out online and become familiar with this new collections in conjunction with the new Get Together.

What I'm really excited about is the new "tailor-made for business kit"! Starting March 1st the new Business Kit is available for $65 CAN and will include the Business Enhancers required to host your first 4 Get Togethers plus a $39.95 coupon to go towards your 1st Storybook to help promote your business. The exciting thing about this new Business Kit is that new consultants can then order any of the 6 New Collections (or all of them) and those sales go towards your first qualifying order. Finally I want to send out another HUGE Congratulations to our Top Achievers for 2009! In AZ at our Team Time I announced the Top 3 in Personal Sales and Personal Recruiting, those consultants earned Costco Gift Cards in the amount of $100, $75 and $50. They are:

To those of you that earned a gift card I do apologize as I had intented to give them to you at Regional Saturday and forgot them at home, they are in the mail!

Last but Not Least

I started this blog last year as a forum that would allow me to recognize top performers, send out updates, post announcements, etc. I have heard from many of you in response to the blog but there are several that I have not heard from. What I really want to know is, are you reading the blog and does it work for you? Would you prefer I stick to email format only? Do you forward my blog address to your 1st line for them to read?
