Director Cheryl Richards is a team member, leader and friend. It has been a priviledge to work with Cheryl over the years. Regional Showcase was such a great weekend and as always it was a time to re-connect. It is most exciting as a leader to see your team mates go on stage and receive the accolades they so deserve. I too want to sing your praises. You are more than deserving.

This past weekend at our Regional Showcase Cheryl spoke on mainstage; her topic was Why Recruit? I jotted down a few notes to share with you:
